Short range order is a critical driver of properties in multicomponentalloys, complex concentrated alloys (CCAs). Extended x-ray absorption finestructure (EXAFS) is a powerful technique, well suited for quantifying thisshort range order. However, CCAs have some characteristics that make thealready challenging analysis of EXAFS data even more difficult. We identifypaths towards robust and scalable quantitative SRO analysis to acceleratescientific understanding and development of complex, technologically relevantCCA systems.
