Significance of gyropotentials in metric theory of inertia

The constancy of orbital velocities of peripheral stars in a spiral galaxypoints to a potential regime of co-rotation together with the interstellardensities of the galactic disk. The Einstein gyropotential rises to theevolutionary constant of a self-rotating metric profile, while the Newtonianpotential falls radially. Gyropotential in vortex self-organizations createscentripetal gyroforces that prevail over Newtonian attraction of probe bodiesat large distances from the axis of rotation. For practical verifications, the1914 geodesic relations of Einstein predict the inverse distance velocities forretrograde stars. For the solar system, gyrometric corrections of Newtonianforces under transitions to the potential circulation in material vortexes canbe sought in the Kuiper Belt, the peripheral rings of Saturn and highequatorial orbits around other planets.
